In the results site, you’ll have the ability to “filter” reports, which allows you to look at responses and charts for different segments of the organization. On the right-hand side of the page, there is a blue “filters” button for this purpose.
While you are in the “Reports” tab of the results site, you will be able to filter by organizational structure and reporting hierarchy for an employee engagement survey, and by professional relationship, specialty, and site/group for the provider survey. When you navigate to the “Analytics” tab, the same “filters” button will have additional capabilities to allow you to drill further into the survey results.
If you are a manager, you are also able to filter by your Direct Reports (the employees who report directly to you) or your Span of Control (all employees under you in the employee organizational chart.) You can also find these filtering capabilities in the blue "filters" button.
Your HR or survey administration team internally has determined which parts of the organization you can view in the results site. If you have concerns about your level of access, please contact them or submit a request to us above.
