If you are sure you haven’t yet taken the survey, it is possible that someone else has taken it using your unique link or password. This can happen if you forwarded your credentials or if someone else mistyped their password.
If you did forward your survey access email, please reach out to those individuals and advise them to take the survey with their own credentials. In either case, please click “submit a request” above and we can reset your survey to allow you to take it properly.
