If you have forgotten your password, you can click “If can't remember your password, please click here,” which will send an email directly to you to prompt you to reset your password. Again, if you have multiple email addresses, please try both. This email will come from email@example.com. If you have trouble finding the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you do not receive an email with a password reset and you see the error message “user credentials incorrect” when logging in, it is possible that you haven’t been given access to the survey results site. Please confirm with your HR team or other survey administration group that you should have access; if you should have access and you continue to have trouble logging in, please contact us by submitting a request above.
If the error message you see says “user disabled,” this means that you have not yet activated your account and set up your password after receiving the initial email message from the Advisory Board. By clicking “If can't remember your password, please click here,” you can directly reset your password and log in, or, you can consult your email to find the original message.
