- Our Employee Engagement Survey is typically administered to employees and staff across an organization. It is a confidential survey, created in a way to maximize leader action based upon the results. Data can be cut by organizational structure, leader span of control, as well as through demographic information like business unit, job role, or tenure. There are 47 standard questions, and responses are only shown in aggregate groups of 5 or more. Results are available through an online portal.
- Our Provider Survey is administered to employed, contracted, and/or independent physicians and advanced practice providers based on their unique professional relationship, and measures the respondent’s engagement to, or alignment with, an organization. The survey contains 28-32 standard questions which capture sentiments on working partnerships, communication, EMR, benefits and other factors that influence a provider’s working environment. In addition to the standard question set, proceduralist and burnout-related question bundles can be administered to further expand actionable survey data.
