Surveys are administered with either a unique link, or a generic link and a unique password.
Your unique link or password is specific to you, and should not be forwarded to any colleagues. If someone else takes the survey using your link or password, the page will display a notice that you have already taken the survey when you attempt to access it, and that person's response will count as yours. If this occurs, submit a request and we will reset your survey so that you can take it.
